Porsche Spyder 928 Prototype

The Spyder 928 Prototype was born over 30 years ago in the spirit of the original 1950's Porsche Speedster, and many major European OEMs are still inspired by its design elements today.

The 928 Spyder is not a restomod, but a complete reinterpretation of the Roadster/Speedster with cutting edge design and engineering.

Using a 1978 Porsche 928 as a platform the Spyder 928 conversion removes the entire roof, metal body, bumpers, and all the glass, stripping it down to a lightweight, rigid substructure. This process removes almost 500 pounds and creates a unique modern driving experience.
